Introduction
|
Our group’s main interest is to explore complex dynamic processes in biomembranes at a truly molecular level. To achieve this goal, we study these processes in novel model membrane architectures of well-defined compositions using single molecule imaging techniques. To improve the sensitivity and accuracy of these techniques, we also focus on the development of improved imaging probes, which are designed mainly for single molecule tracking experiments. |
